About The Event

This is a 10 session introductory level Pilates mat class. Each session will last approximately 1 hour. Pilates does engage the core muscles, therefore, it's ideal to be at an intermediate fitness level or greater. You will learn the basic Principles of Pilates including breathing and centering. You will also learn a series of exercises one by one so that you may perform them together in a full Pilates session. Modifications can be made to fit your fitness level.

Attire & Equipment: Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring a yoga mat. Bring 1 to 2 lb weights.
